0/10 I would NOT recommend this motel that calls itself a hotel.The hotel rooms are nice but the hotel area and noise is out of control. Hotel miss-charged my rooms, when checking in they acknowledged the problem and and we fixed the problem with the front desk. There were missed items like coffee for example that I had to ask for the room maid. The hotel will not give you a refund!!! Be aware!!! Price was quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Hotel Azura offers comfortable rooms to stay and explore the historic city and the beautiful wine country.

Where's the courtesy? I was awakened at 1 am by a stranger coming in to my room. There are also lots of other walkable restaurants and cafes nearby, which is good because no complimentary breakfast or fitness rooms at this hotel.
