The free wifi was very good in our bedrooms. The dinner included with the half-board was pretty awful on most nights and we ended up eating outside. Never in my life staying all over the world have I ever come across a hotelier like him in my life, rude vile aggressive and simply the true definition of the word BULLY. Hotel residence Rooms were warm and spacious and the showers were hot. The rooms were very clean but the shower cubicle was small. Room types may vary.Just returned from a lovely week in this chalet. Even the food was horrible we did not eat in the hotel after the first evening it was simply gross.

There was a small kitchenette and a fridge in the bedroom which was handy for making light refreshments. We are pleased that our location was convenient for you, however, we are very sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. You have Wifi access (extra charge) available in the residence. We didnt use it, so cant really comment.
