Selection generally consists of tuna, scallops, salmon roe, octopus salad, octopus, yellowtail, albacore, salmon, halibut (or sometimes red snapper), spicy tuna, lump crab meat, sea urchin (uni), and tako wasa (wasabi raw octopus). I have gotten the rainbow roll and their sashimi and every time the food is absolutely delicious. Our restaurants offers a wide array of fine Japanese cuisine, ranging from traditional dishes such as sashimi, sushi, rolls, teriyaki, tempura, hibachi to some special daily entrees and fresh special rolls created by our chefs! I love their lunch/dinner combo! It's a tiny hole in the wall that makes some bomb sushi and rolls! Overlooking the famous Vancouver waterfront, Miku is the proud pioneer of Aburi (flame seared) sushi in Canada. On non holidays or weekends, the place is usually a short wait.I've been to Maki twice these past two months and both times did not disappoint. Can't get enough of maki always love  the service and great environment.

I have been coming here for years, and hands down one on my favorite spots in Arcadia for sushi. It takes years to perfect the art of making sushi and sashimi. It's a small little restaurant with excellent quality of fish. It comes with a ton of fish and other items I have had in other Chirashi bowls, such as a friend shrimp head and cooked eel. Bringing an innovative twist to traditional Japanese cuisine, U-Maki’s made-to-order, hand held sushi burrito allows our customers to select from a wide range of ingredients while eliminating the costs and time commitment of a more formal setting. Of course there are better sushi places out there, but it hits the spot for a Japanese restaurant. U-Maki Sushi Burrito is an exciting new addition to the fast casual restaurant scene in Houston. I am doing my part to support the local businesses. It had good options to pick for combo bento box. MIKU is dedicated to providing families in the Greenwich community and visitors to the area cuisine that meets superior high-quality standards mixed with exceptional service in a stylish atmosphere. It takes years to perfect the art of making sushi and sashimi. Maki is still open and serving the community. HOURS Our menu is inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine. We got here at 11.30am when they just opened and we're the first ones in and sat at the sushi bar. Good sushi. This place is just like I remembered it from my childhood. Great value, great service and great food! Our interiors, design, and ambiance make MIKU the perfect place to host a family dinner, romantic night out, or a fun night out with friends. I'm always trying to find the best Chirashi bowl for the price, and I would say if you have someone to share with, Chirashi bowl is pretty perfect here.

Whatever the occasion, our dedicated team is ready to make your experience memorable. The sushi is very fresh and delicious. Sometimes there's monkfish liver, baby scallops, and white butterfish.

I do find their sashimi is more fresh compared to other local places, so I am going to go back and try other sashimi and sushi combos. They also have the yelp waitlist so you can check in as you're heading over. It's a small restaurant with a nice warm ambience. The miso soup is really good and the hot plum saki is sweet and lovely.
