The area is very picturesque, but in my opinion the hotel is overpriced. It was one of the best stays we've been to. Popular attractions Lake Bourget and Plage du Lac de Saint Jean de Chevelu are located nearby. Ici les enfants sont à la fête ! Definitely a recommended place We (family of five 2 adults, 17, 13 and 6) stayed in this hotel during half term end of May on our way to Chamonix. The room we had was amazing, beautiful view on the lake and mountains, great decoration with a "bed castle" with dragons and it was perfect for our family of 5. The wine wasn't served with the course and we had to ask for it a couple of times, but...Thank you for taking the time to write this nice review. It should be wonderful to eat / drink with the view on the lake during summer. We found that the breakfast was a bit pricey for what you get however you can't really go wrong when eating your croissant overlooking the lake/mountains.
