Unfortunately I had to cut short my trip due to a bereavement. But its OK for 2-3 nights. Staff was congenial and helpful. What is not good is the bathtub - there is a fixed piece of glass, the tub is high and when you go to step in, due to the glass, you are stepping in on the slanted end of the tub - there are no grab bars - this is a very dangerous situation.

The hotel itself is reasonably nice and secured by a gated entrance. Typhaine and Michel at reception were outstanding. Rue Sainte-Catherine is minutes away.
