The booking (we booked direct) and pre-arrival experience was faultless and we were greeted like old friends on arrival, with the Director taking the time to come out and speak with our group, offering advice on how to get the best out of the week.

We had a look in the new wing, which is spectacular, and with views of Monte Blanc, we may try this next time.
