We had tuna tartare and sea bass seviche. Shall return at every opportunity .it is all so fresh and they take great pride in their restaurant .One of the best restaurants of our two week trip in La Baule.

At the beginning an owner of the restaurant brings display of fish. The staff were grest and the food very nice. My partner has Dorade which I believe is bream as looking at pictures of the fish it cannot be dorado.. Spent four nights in La Baule and had dinner in this restaurant three times.
